POS plans provide the best of both worlds, that's why they are so popular. And when it comes to the indemnity part of POS plans, people find a lot of flexibility and freedom that just can't be obtained through typical managed care options. Just like in the case of PPO plans, you are still able to get insurance coverage even when addressing to a specialist outside of the POS provider network.

In other words, you can use "self-referrals" in order to get care from a specialist you choose. When treatment is required, you are free to choose any physician or facility without needing a special referral from your PCP, Still, you won't get much coverage when choosing this option, so flexibility still has its price.

Semakin hari tampaknya kasus kasus mesum semakin merajalela saja di indonesia, beberapa waktu lalu ada kasus seorang anggota DPRD menghamili Siswi SMU, lalu mahasiswi yang membuat foto mesum, Mahasiswa yang beradegan mesum dan membuat video mesum, udah banyak kan contohnya kayak Video Mesum UMM Malang. bukan hanya mahasiswa namun oknum PNS pun tidak ketinggalan. sempat pula heboh video Oral Seks PNS. haduh semakin parah saja ya??

Pernah juga kita dengar ada Anak SMP kepergok sedang mesum, lalu oknum guru yang berselingkuh di hotel. dan yang paling anyar adalah kasus anak SMA 1 Sumenep yang digrebek warga saat mereka sedang asik mesum di gedung kosong. bukan hanya itu baru baru ini juga ada seorang bocah SD usia 13 tahun di jember di perkosa olah pria usia 45 tahun hingga hamil dan dipaksa untuk menikah siri untuk menutupi aib kehamilan bocah tersebut.

Ironis. Begitulah nasib yang menimpa Bunga (nama samaran). Bocah umur 13 tahun yang masih duduk di bangku SD itu terpaksa harus mau dinikah siri pria yang memperkosa dan membuatnya hamil. Padahal usia laki-laki itu terpaut jauh dari dirinya.

Perempuan warga desa Yosorati, Kecamatan Sumberbaru itu seolah tak punya banyak pilihan ketika tahu akibat perbuatan bejat Mus, tetangganya, membuat dirinya kini hamil 6 bulan.

Bunga makin tak berkutik ketika orangtuanya menyetujui keinginan Mus untuk menikahinya, kendati hanya nikah siri. Bunga juga harus menerima kenyataan bahwa di usianya yang masih sangat belia itu harus dinikahkan dengan Mus yang kini berusia 45 tahun.

"Memang serba salah. Kalau dibiarkan, status bayi itu nanti bagaiamana. Digugurkan jelas tidak mungkin karena itu melanggar hukum dan berdosa. Kalau dilaporkan polisi dan pelakunya ditahan, siapa nanti yang bertanggungjawab. Jadi akhirnya pihak keluarga memutuskan menikahkan korban dengan pelaku," cerita salah seorang warga sekitar, Kamis (4/3/2010).

Wartawan media ini sulit mendapat keterangan lebih jauh seputar kronologis pemerkosaan yang menimpa Bunga. Pasalnya, baik keluarga Bunga maupun Mus terkesan tertutup.

"Setiap ditanya tetangga, mereka cuma bilang masalahnya sudah selesai," kata warga yang minta namanya tidak disebut itu.

Pihak kepolisian juga kesulitan untuk memproses kasus tersebut sesuai hukum yang berlaku. Pasalnya, baik keluarga korban maupun pelaku, menganggap sudah tak ada persoalan lagi karena sudah diselesaikan secara kekeluaragaan.

Rizki the potters vokalis dari grup the potters kini tersandung kasus kriminal yaitu kasus penganiayaan. rizki alias kiki the potters menyaniaya kekasihnya nikita dengan sebuah termos panas dan menyebabkan bekas luka melepuh pada punggung Nikita. Nikita yang juga dikenal sebagai salah satu peserta acara take him out indonesia ini dianiaya oleh rizki the potters.

Dalam facebook milik nikita, nikita mengupload foto foto penganiayaan itu dan banyak orang yang berkomentar dan berdebat soal kasus ini. ada yang membela rizki the potters dan ada juga yang memprovokasi agar kasus ini segera diserahkan ke pihak yang berwajib. sampai saat ini rizki the potters belum memberikan klarifikasi atas kasus penganiayaan yang menimpa nikita kekasihnya sendiri.

Dalam facebooknya bahkan nikita menulis status bahwa itu adalah luka yang didapat dari orang yang dia sayangi. tidak hanya itu nikita juga menulis "Jangan Percaya pada wajah innocent rizki the potters" apa iya vokalis the potters itu begitu ganas hingga tega melakukan penganiayaan??
